1) Register on the boards (please use your main character's name, a password you won't forget and a valid email address) and notify either Alatariel or Torhak in game (by mail or PM) so we can verify it is a player account and not a bot.
2) An automated email will be sent to your email address (this is why it's important for the address to be valid).
3) Click the link in the email to activate your board account.
4) You can now login with the name and password you chose and you will have limited access to the forums.
Application Procedure
1) Application is by invite only.
2) You, being a "potential new member" (PNM) must have a FULL CURRENT MEMBER as a sponsor and that member may only be sponsoring one person at a time (i.e. you).
3) It is the PNM's responsibility to post an introduction in the "Guest Room" area of the forum.
4) It is the PNM's responsibility to read the sticky posts in the "Guest Room" (specifically the "Guide to SPS" and "Loot Rules").
5) The sponsor will contribute some information (i.e. relationship) to the PNM's introduction post and then alert an officer that the PNM is ready for a trial.
6) Once the PNM has posted an introduction and the sponsor is ready then the PNM may begin a one month trial and the PNM will be guilded at "initiate" level.
7) The officer alerted will start a new thread in the PNM section of the boards including character name (should be the same as the board name), date of start of the trial and any other comments.
