You WILL have the consideration to let others know. Specifically you WILL preferably post your intentions on these forums, if you cannot for some reason then alert an officer. Anything else is NOT acceptable.
Cooling Off

We will instigate a cooling off period of no more than 48 hours from the date and time of one single character deguilding (that means the account holder). Within this period you may re-guild, this is to for allow those "heat of the moment" occurrences. We would like a board post explaining your action, as there may be a situation we can correct.

If act in way that tarnishes the guild name or make attacks on other guild members you will be warned or removed depending on your actions. There is no coming back from this.
Guild Bank
==========
Please have the decency to leave the guild bank intact if you are considering leaving the guild. A lot of folks have put a lot of time into building what we have.. possibly yourself included. You did it to further the guild. So please don't take stuff before you go. You put it in there with good intentions so that others could benefit from your contributions. Leaving the guild should not change that aspect of your goodwill. We appreciate it and salute you!
What is a "main"?
=================
We consider a "main" character to be one that is played the most. It should preferably be declared as your main - you play it/raid it more than any other. However, any character which has given a contiguous time to the guild of 6 months or more will be considered a main character i.e. it has been the recipient of significant SPS aid. This also means that if you leave the guild with your main you WILL also take your alts with you. This counts as a single strike.
