http://inara.cz/ is a great site for documenting your progress in Elite Dangerous. There is an SPS Wing there already.
Your in game Flight Logs can be uploaded via a very nice drag and drop system. The following file needs to be in your elite-dangerous-64 directory to enable the so called verboseLogging. Right-click and select Save As...
The .log files required begin with 'netLog' and will begin to appear when you play the game with xml file about installed.
For example... netLog.160218201117.01.log
in <directory>\EDLaunch\Products\elite-dangerous-64\Logs. I created a desktop shortcut to this directory to make uploading the files easy when I quit Elite.
The files are parsed by the site and your flights are listed and stored.
