Hi everyone,

First off, I am from The Netherlands and as we all do here, I smoke joints totally legal!! Cool

Very glad to join this guild, I hope I will be worth something to this guild. I've never been in any guild before, simply because I denied them all... due to Sigil, I became a member on the first day I returned to Azeroth since a long time. I've got the feeling, though, I ain't as big as a fan as most of you Wink.

Began playing the game in August 2005, and since then have a total play time of 15d and 18h (which comes down to 378 hours).

Character:
Name: Oliveira
Level: 46
Class: Druid
Profs: Herbalism/Alchemy

Before I last played the game (August/September 2006) I always was a Resto Druid, concentrating fully on those talents. Since some new patches, i've got the oppertunity torespec my talents and I'm thinking about becoming Feral Druid... just for quick leveling (will always prefer healing above action). What do you experts suggest? Should I become a Resto Druid again, so that I know my Resto Druid completely.. or should I go for quick leveling? Please give your opinion and statement on this matter.

(I prefer knowing my character above speedleveling)

Thanks again for inviting me to this (as it seems) quality guild.

Greetings, Oliveira, and welcome to SPS Very Happy

I hope you have read the stickies about who we are and how we play in the guest area.

Your personality and interaction with other players on this server (both guildmates and non-guildmates) define your worth Wink

As for your choice of talents to follow - that's entirely up to you - go with whichever you are comfortable with (we don't demand a certain spec from anyone), although I would say that experimenting with other specs gives you a better idea of the strengths and weaknesses of any class.

One question though... http://www.warcraftrealms.com/charsheet/11622470

would seem to indicate you have had a little guild experience before, albeit a long time ago Cool

Anyways, all the best to you and I hope you enjoy your stay.

Steve.

Welcome from a fellow Resto Druid Smile I have stayed full resto on my main even through the last 2 patches free respec as that is my preferred play style & I find that although I am levelling slowly whilst soloing I am always welcome in a group, not sure how this would work in the pre-outlands area as I understand this area has become a bit of a ghost town. So I suggest you go with the way you want to play the game & if it's with the healing side I'm sure there are others in the Guild who would be more than welcome to level with you especially if you offered to keep them alive Smile

Hello Oliveira

Welcome to SPS, I can only echo the wisdom of Hell & Yel above, above all play the game that you enjoy and are comfortable with and I am sure regardless of Resto, Healer or Feral, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to get to know your SPS guildmates.

You're absolutely right Smile That first guild was a total joke. I couldn't even remember me I joined that guild without this site. For the record, it was the first time I heard of something called a 'guild', after two days I knew enough about guilds to know I had to get out of there.

The second time was a guild I started with my brother who now is a veteran WoW player (Fernando - Terenas, level 65). We only had about 10 others in our guild and all of them were as low levels as we were at that point (27-29). So that would me my guild experience, not really exciting Wink.

Thanks btw for the advice you all gave (and probibly will give), I think I'll stick to Resto Druid, simply because that's just the thing for me Smile
